The Registered Nurse (RN) Residency, within a learning environment, provides high-quality patient care and applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical care and positive patient outcomes. While working under close supervision and being an active participant in the residency program, this role collaborates with the healthcare team and seeks guidance from senior management to navigate through challenging circumstances and optimize patient care. Talent Pool:Nursing Assists in conducting patient assessments, examinations, and treatments to contribute to comprehensive and personalized patient care while learning best practices. Supports the analysis of patient data to guide medical decisions, treatment plans, and interventions. Helps implement prescribed medical interventions and treatments to ensure strict adherence to protocols and promote patient safety. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and other RN Residents to facilitate communication and coordination of care to improve patient outcomes. Seeks guidance and advice from senior medical professionals on complex patient situations and challenging healthcare circumstances to ensure optimal patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.
