OR Specialty RN Open Heart

# Eligible for Sign On Bonus up to $5,000.00 Job Summary: To deliver professional nursing care to a group of assigned patients within the perioperative department. Meets the orientation, continuing education needs and competency development assigned to specialty area. Collaborates with the operative team to provide quality patient care. Performs all activities in accordance with approved policies and guides. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel. Qualifications: Two years operating room experience in an acute care hospital. Current RN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license). Thorough knowledge of general nursing principles, methods and techniques with expertise in OR nursing practice. Maintains current BCLS#certification.
