Certified Nurse Midwife - OBGYN, Women's Care - Charlotte NC

Charlotte OBGYN is a wonderfully established practice with deliveries that take place at Atrium Health's main campus, Carolinas Medical Center, one of Newsweek's 2024 Best Maternity Hospitals. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team of Certified Nurse Midwives. Practice Information * Established practice with 6 locations * 15 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers on staff * 200 monthly deliveries on average at Atrium Health CMC Main Opportunity Highlights * 1 MD and 1 CNM on call 24/7 * CNM call ratio 1:8 * Great benefits package * Flexible schedule rotation Minimum Qualifications * License to practice as a Registered Nurse required * Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and approved to practice as a Nurse Midwife in the North Carolina or South Carolina * Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider from AHA required * NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified * Minimum 1 year as a CNM or 5 years of experience in labor and delivery When you join Atrium Health, you will be welcomed into an inclusive culture that celebrates and respects the contributions a diverse team can make together.
