Job Summary * Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care. * Located at Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing; offering sub-acute and acute units * Deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns. * Performs various patitent tess and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. * Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * New graduates are welcome to apply! * Schedule: * Full-time day shift is the only current opening, however, you may apply to be consdiered for future evening/night shift positions. * Evening shifts are 8-hours; Night shifts can be 8-hour or 12-hour shifts; Every other weekend and three holidays per year required.
