RN Behavioral Health, Full Time Nights, Sign on Up to $5,000- Piedmont Eastside Piedmont Eastside- Behavioral Health: Our 62-bed Behavioral Health Unit is seeking compassionate mental health clinicians to care for patients with psychiatric illnesses. Our recovery-oriented program provides opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative care environment. * 62-bed Inpatient Psychiatric Center * Adult Psych Unit (ages 18- 64) * Geriatric Psych Unit (ages 65 and older.) (Patients in this unit requires assistance with all aspects of daily living -Total Care) * Intensive Outpatient Program * ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) * New Graduate Program for RN's passionate about Behavioral Health RESPONSIBLE FOR: Provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
