RN - Hospice Regional Support Nurse

This position reports to the AVP of Operations and will function on temporary travel assignments in a office where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. The assignment would typically last 13 -26 weeks. + Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family + Manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care + Case manages all assigned patient clinical records. About You + Registered Nurse with current license to practice nursing in the state of requested employment + A minimum of one (1) year experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health.
