RN - RAI Coordinator - FT (66005)

JOB SUMMARY Coordinate and submits the facility's MDS assessments for residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university or is a graduate of an approved RN program. Licensure: Registered Nurse ("RN") licensure as evidenced by primary source of verification. BLS required. Experience: Should be an RN in accordance with the laws of this state. MDS experience preferred, but not required. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required. Must be knowledgeable in nursing practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in Long Term Care. Knowledge of the rules and regulations related MDS/RAI process needed. Proficient computer skills required and experience with an electronic health record preferred. PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS Requires high level of concentration. Requires the ability to process and analyze data. Minimal to moderate physical demands. Generally operates in an office setting or nursing station within a skilled nursing facility.
