Inpatient Surgical OR- Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Atlanta

Advanced Practice Provider - Inpatient Surgical OR - Piedmont Atlanta Hospital Piedmont Healthcare is recruiting for an Advanced Practice Provider to join the surgical service line team working at our Piedmont Atlanta campus. This is a 7 AM - 4 PM, 7 on/7 off, 365 days per year position with varying call responsibilities. In this role you will: * Perform first OR assist duties * Rounding on patients in the hospital * Assist in management of post-operative and critically ill patients in the hospital * Evaluate post-operative patients in the office setting * Applies specialized skills and knowledge related to the care of patients in the CVOR, ICU, CCU and CVICU areas * Contributes to excellence in patient care, research, teaching, consulting and provides leadership to the organization Piedmont Benefits: * Generous CME allowance * Competitive compensation * 401k with match * EPIC * Quality, Service and Reputation Requirements Masters, Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification * -or-- Licensed as a Nurse and approved to practice as a NP by State of Georgia with National Certification
