Wound Care Nurse

Full Time M-F 8 hours The Wound Care Nurse makes a difference by - The Wound Care Nurse works in harmony with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and/or continence conditions. If you are a Wound Care Nurse with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others and a commitment to teamwork, apply today! * Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc). * Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care. * Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.
