Behavior Technician/RBT - FT/PT

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Greensboro, North Carolina. Responsibilities: * Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder * Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers * Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation * Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session * Participate in training and clinical supervision * Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts Education, Experience and Other Requirements: * Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) * Required: Valid driver's license and transportation * Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required. Working Environment: * Travel between client's homes will be required. * Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm Pay Rate: up to $35 hourly.
