The Occupational Health Nursing Case Management certification is designed for registered nurses specializing in occupational health and case management. Eligibility and Certification Requirements
A current, active RN license.
Occupational health nursing certification (COHN or COHN-S) in good standing with ABOHN.
Within the last five years before the application date, 10 contact hours of continuing education related to occupational health nursing case management have been documented.
Additional experience or training in case management, particularly in an occupational health setting.
Completion of continuing education in occupational health, case management, or related fields.
Passing a certification examination in occupational health nursing case management, if offered by the certifying organization.
Cost: $150 application fee plus $250 examination fee

Exams are given at PSI testing centers nationwide and must be scheduled in advance.
The COHN/CM exam includes 110 multiple-choice questions (10 unscored) covering occupational health and safety principles, case management processes, worker assessment, and legal/ethical considerations in occupational health.
