Participants who don’t pass the exam, but re-register, pay the full exam fee and retake the entire exam.

Exams for all five levels are given four times each year at PSI test sites throughout the nation.
Registration for the in-person exam is done online or via mail.
Exam day rules include arriving early, presenting valid identification, and adhering to the test center's policies.
Personal items may be restricted in the exam area.
