This is my second time working with Reizel. She is so responsive and fantastic when she says she will follow up with you. This time around, there was some short notice because my renewal offer needed time between contracts so I had to look elsewhere. I had two offers within two weeks of asking Reizel for her help. She is amazing and she is friendly and easy to work with. It has been a real pleasure and I am grateful for her.

Initially my experience with White Glove was good- my recruiter was great at keeping me updated, answered all of my questions, and the hiring process was quick. After the end of my first 13 weeks I agreed to extend; that’s when things took a turn. There were odd discrepancies with my pay and it took asking several people for help multiple times before I got any answers and my pay fixed. I wasn’t thrilled with White Glove but loved the facility I was working at, so I extended again- and almost immediately regretted it. A few weeks into the extension they told me my rate was actually supposed to be lower than agreed upon. Then at random intervals payroll would withhold huge chunks of my pay a day before it was due to be direct deposited with no explanation whatsoever. After numerous attempts to contact payroll and figure out what was going wrong, they admitted they errored and I would see what was owed to me in my next paycheck. This happened at least four times. Payroll somehow thought I was working at a totally different facility. From time to time my stipend was incorrect and when confronted they “would fix it in my next pay.” Then my recruiter left and I was never notified. I could go on and on, but suffice to say I will never work with them again. There are great agencies out there but this is absolutely not one of them.more
