Pros
Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
Cons
Can’t think of one

Gaudy and Gina are awesome!!!
I worked a while ago for Tact. I have no idea why there are bad reviews but they are amazing!!! Gaudy deserves such a great recognition for her work and placing me in the epicenter of the pandemic and doing her job amazingly! She was also promoted. Gina recruiter is so nice, good , caring and understanding. I love them the company I just wasn’t able to do a travel job again at the time they were helping me again in 2022/3 but they are great to work for and with!

Bets recruiter!
I have worked with a lot of recruiters in the past, and Matt has been one of the best! He helped my friend and I get a contract in Hawaii and get an extension super early on with an excellent rate! His response times are super quick, even with the 6hr time difference and on weekends/holidays! I cannot say enough great things about working with Matt and Tact!!

The recruiter is very nice but my contract extension was canceled and then they can’t get me another one, only things they can offer are 3+ hours away so I’m left with nothing. It’s not a good feeling to have been “locked in” until July now I have to find a new job with minimal notice..

Miscommunication and not paid for service
I worked with Tact since 11/14/2021 until 5/27/2023. My initial recruitor Amanda Dux was amazing, diligent and a great communicator. Once I was assigned Mary Matteo the dynamics change. I am not a person to compare individuals or speak ill about anyone, but I would never work with this agency again. Mary failed to inform that my contract was cancelled until a week later, after services were rendered. To top things off, I was not paid, she simple said it’s was a miscommunication. I sent a follow up email requesting compensation and it appears the agency has ghosted me. This is very unprofessional. Again, contracts end early and/or get cancelled but appropriate notification is warranted and the employee she not be paid for services rendered, reprimanded or retaliated against. I spent money on lounging, food and travel. I am seeking legal counseling because this is unjust.
