I’m leaving this review for 2 reasons, one to express my gratitude to Wendy for always being so responsive to my texts, from the moment I clicked the button “ I’m interested in this job” till now that I’m 6 weeks into my current project. She is so personable and professional and is really there for me. I had an issue with my hrs and location with my current project, and she so wanted to help me out, but there are things that are out of her hands and Im certain if I wanted to make a big deal about it, she would’ve had my back, which leads me to my 2nd reason to wanting to leave a positive reviews. I was just now reading the reviews ( all 3 negative reviews) for the first time because I never got a chance to do my homework about siemen Healthneeirs because as soon as I expressed interest in the position, Wendy reached out, and once I found out who the customer was, I really focused on the customer, who they were, location, reputation… etc. so with that being said I was shocked just now to read the negative reviews, I guess I’m very lucky to have applied for a job that Wendy was assigned to and I’m sure what others experience are true and that’s very unfortunate. So if any of you guys out there are interested in a job, don’t let the native reviews stop you from applying, because they do have amazing recruiters like Wendy!

Pay

No communication. Lack of transparency. I honestly don’t know how this person is a recruiter.

Communication is almost nonexistent unless they need something from you. Then they’re blowing your phone up, even if you say no I’m not interested. But once you are interested, crickets. Even when you get an offer it takes over two weeks to get a contract because of the awful communication. What a joke. They do offer free insurance and pay well, but what’s the point when the communication is the worst of any agency. You need a recruiter who will go to bat for you, not one who ghosts you.
