LOVE MARVEL! Highly recommend them
They helped me find my dream job and absolutely love everyone that I worked with!
Recently was connected with a recruiter named Matt S. If I could give Matt S zero stars I most certainly would. I found a travel assignment that was posted for 1837.00 per week. I was assigned Matt and he did call but quoted position at 1500.00 per week. I challenge his quote and he stated that 1500 was the take home. Well anyone that participates in travel assignments is well aware that 337.00 taxes per week is not feasible because the hrly rate is kept low for therapist somewhere in the area of 18-20$ and the stipend rate is non taxable. He refused to even discuss the posted rate from the end user. I guess Matt wanted to keep the rate for his own pocket. He was rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Lucky for me, as an OT I can move on and find another travel assignment within minutes with another recruiter. Will never use Marvel if Matt is what they have to offer. He is a sad act
