I love love my recruiter, Amber Kerns. She listens to my needs, she’s empathetic, calls to check on me, sends me cute gifts and overall she is there for me. When I was having issues in my last contract with the unit CN, I expressed my concerns and told Ms Kerns I was going to call in if the CN was working on those shifts, she advised me and never pressured me that I needed to finish them because my mental health. Ms. Kerns is one of my best best recruiters.
