Allie was incredible to work with. She was straight forward, and forthcoming with information, helpful, and kind. She always got back to me quickly, even with non-urgent matters. She wasn't afraid to escalate things if I had a question she couldn't answer. I had a busy month surrounding the start of my contract, and she made sure I stayed on track to start. Because of this, when the facility asked if I could start early, I was ready to go and able to do so. I couldn't be more impressed with her! Truly a one-of-a-kind recruiter who puts the nurse at the center.

Allie represents A complete professional with a A clear capability of not only great communication, but also the ability to see the big picture and find answers to some of the more daunting questions very rapidly. She clearly represents the culture at Excel with her professional, yet calm demeanor, that is exceedingly kind and positive. If I had worked with someone like her in my last assignment, I would’ve never left. I think I found a home and someone I can trust.

The team at Excel has been incredibly professional, while maintaining an Esprit de Corps that makes you feel like you’re part of something much bigger and better than most employment agencies. They are clear communicators, they do have your best interest in mind, and they are very willing to coach, communicate, keep you up-to-date, and process you through a new job application with the clear intent of not only taking care of you, but those companies that they represent. I’m not new at this, but I certainly would love to be able to stay with Excel for the duration of my last few years of employment! They are unparalleled as far as I am concerned.
