Pros
They made it right. They have been very responsive, and i have been paid on time every week.
Cons
Horrible initial experience: error on start date and the first paycheck was a complete disaster.

Pros
Helped me secure a high rate, albeit it a rough hospital. Paychecks were mostly on time, corrected mistakes when brought to their attention.
Cons
Terrible communicators, both in mastery of English as well as in practice, ignoring inquiries for weeks at a time. Constantly assigned new people to different roles but only one person ever seemed competent and her role was compliance. Often unable to get a response from anyone other than promises to deal with things but never any follow up.
