During our first conversation, Caitlin had stated she will send me information on some jobs but elaborated and asked me not to ghost her as it wastes her time. Caitlin then proceeded to completely ghost me, not respond to the multiple messages I had sent her, multiple jobs of interest I had sent her, and then weeks later messaged me if I was interested in looking for jobs with her? Do not recommend unless you like getting ghosted!

The lack of communication is a deal breaker. No follow up or acknowledgement from recruiter after documents were sent two weeks ago.
