Clinical Research Nurse

Skills: * Oncology * Clinical research * Clinical trial * Pre-screening patients * Chart review Additional Skills & Qualifications: * Oncology RN- they MUST have oncology experience * RN Description: Austin Area - openings x3 * 2 CRNCs will be supporting their phase I clinical trials location and neuro-oncology 1 will support GYN oncology but will be quickly expanding to all medical oncology, and some radiopharmaceutical trials * This role will be spending a lot of time collaborating with research teams, looking through medical records, and understanding different types of cancers * EMR system - reading physician notes, pathology reports, etc. * CRNCs are doing everything for the patients - pre-screening, enrolling, consenting, patient management and patient follow-up, coordinating the patient through their visit each time they come in, assessing for Adverse Events * Entering orders * Not doing regulatory work, data coordinators handle data entry * Patient load depends on the trial itself - might be managing up to 10 patients at a time * Working primarily onsite, 1 day WFH but they get that after 6 months of being in the position (WFH day is as business needs - if staff is out, etc. they would be required to be in the office every day) About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
