Overview
The Critical Care Unit at Lexington Medical Center is seeking a recent RN graduate to join their dynamic team! You will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, leading the coordination of patient care with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice.
Our RN Residency program includes a comprehensive, evidence-based clinical orientation and a nursing professional development transition to practice curriculum.

What You’ll Need
- Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
